Der Begriff Tempus - eine Ansichtssache?
Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Untersuchung des Tempussystems der deutschen Hochsprache und hinterfragt kritisch die traditionelle Auffassung der Tempora. Ausgehend von der linguistischen Analyse und der Diskussion um grammatikalische Kategorien, analysiert der Autor die Funktionsweise von Zeitformen im deutschen Satzgefüge und deren inhaltliche Bestimmung. Die Arbeit leistet einen Beitrag zur Klärung der Begriffe 'Tempus' und 'Tempussystem' durch die Untersuchung, ob und wie Tempora abgeschlossen sind, und bietet damit eine neue Perspektive auf die syntaktische Struktur und die semantische Einordnung der deutschen Verbformen.
